PHOTO GUIDE

My name is Bruno Ázera and I’m a Landscape Photographer and a registered tour guide, number 51/2018/RAA, from Terceira Island, Azores. My purpose is to invite outdoor and nature enthusiasts to an Atlantic adventure, allowing you to enjoy the Azores and Madeira differently, instead of rushing from one place to another. Photographers are passionate people who share experiences and adventures with like-minded travelers.

REGISTRATION

All registration entries to be accepted must include full name, email address, and phone number.

A deposit is required to reserve a spot on any of my photo tours and workshops. This deposit can be made through our online billing system by Paypal or bank transfer. The final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to the departure date of the photo tour or workshop you are joining.

The sender assumes responsibility for all charges when making the transfer.

When booking within 60 days of the start of the photo tour, immediate full payment will be required to secure your place.

INCLUDED

In general, photo tours include professional photo guides, accommodations, breakfasts, local transportation, park fees, but please look at my website for a full description of what is included for each tour, as details vary slightly per trip.

Personal Accident Insurance and Liability are also part of my tour fees, but I also recommend IATI Travel Insurance for a variety of different insurances.

COST AND PAYMENT

All prices shown include VAT at the current legal rate, and the amount varies for each photography tour. The quoted values do not include alcoholic drinks, items of personal spending, or any other thing not mentioned on the tour.

Payments and deposits can be made through our online billing system by Paypal service or bank transfer. Paypal fees (usually 5%) are extra and paid by the participant.

Photo Tours and Workshops require a deposit (typically 1000€) to reserve a spot. The final payment is due no later than 90 days before the departure date of the photo tour you are joining.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All deposits are non-refundable but don’t worry, you can be transferred to another tour or future event.

To receive a full refund – 60 days or more before the day of the tour.

50% refund – within 60 days of the start of the tour

Should the customer not be present at the scheduled time for the activities, you shall not be entitled to any type of refund.

I reserve the right to cancel a tour in case of insufficient enrolment which might make the tour financially unviable, or due to concerns about the potential safety and welfare of participants. In these instances, I offer a full refund of all payments made to Bruno Ázera by current participants of the photo tour.

I’m not responsible for any refund of airline tickets purchased directly by the participant.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Participants should be in generally good health. Any restrictions of a medical or dietary nature should be made known to us well before departure. We will inform the relevant supplier of their requirements, but I cannot guarantee that all needs will be met and have no liability to the participant if they are not satisfied.

I know our locations inside out and with a safety-first approach, I am able to guide you through different itinerary options to match the current safety requirements. Routes are designed to minimize your contact with other tourists or take you away from the most crowded and built-up areas.


Our journeys will take you to some of the most amazing destinations in the Azores and Madeira, offering incredible photo opportunities and life experiences.

INSURANCE

Personal accident insurance and liability are included in any of my photo tours unless mentioned.

An adult must accompany clients under the age of 18 or bring written authorization from their parents or guardian.

Personal Accident Insurance and Liability are also part of my tour fees, but I also recommend IATI Travel Insurance for a variety of different insurances.

I encourage all participants to purchase airfare cancellation insurance.

INSURANCE

During my tours, I use services from various suppliers. Myself or any member of my team cannot be held responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any supplier or any third party.

PRIVACY POLICY

Myself or any member of the team will never sell, rent, lease, or give away your information to any third party.

I reserve the right to take photographs or videos during the operation of any tour or expedition and to use the resulting photography for promotional purposes.

EXCLUSIVITY

Participants are not allowed to organize, host, promote, or sell photo trips, photo tours, or photo workshops to locations they visited with me or any member of my tour, within five years of joining a trip. In case of violation, a penalty of 5000€ (Euro) per year is applicable.


Payment of your deposit confirms that you agree to these terms and conditions.
